ISP Set-up varies according to which operating system your computer uses. To find out which operating system you have, go to the Apple menu and click on 'About This Macintosh'. Then, just click on the appropriate button below and follow the instructions.

Manual Windows PC Set-Up
If you know how to set up a dial-up connection, just set your computer to dial 0845 604 3090 with any username and password, or follow the simple instructions for your operating system below.
PC Running Windows XP:
1. From the 'Start' menu, click on 'Control Panel'
2. Double click on 'Network Connections'
3. From the left-hand side bar, choose 'create a new connection'.
4. Follow the instructions to set up the connection manually with a dial-up modem, using 0845 604 3090 and any username and password.
PC Running Windows ME:
1. Click 'Start', choose 'Settings' and then 'Dial Up Networking'.
2. Double click the 'make new connection' icon to open the connection wizard.
3. When asked for the name of the computer you are dialling, type 'ISP'.
4. Make sure your correct modem or ISDN adaptor is selected and click 'Next'.
5. Enter the dial up number 0845 604 3090, click 'Next', and then 'Finish'.
6. Double click the ISP connection icon in your 'Dial Up Networking' Folder to connect, and use any user name and password.
PC Running Windows 95 or 98:
1. Double click on the 'My Computer' icon on the desktop.
2. Double click on the 'Dial Up Networking' folder.
3. Double click on 'Make new Connection'.
4. Give the new connection a name, eg. 'ISP'.
5. When prompted, put in the connection number, 0845 604 3090, then click 'Next'.
6. Check the connection name and click 'Finish', you can connect by clicking on the icon in your 'Dial Up Networking' folder.
7. Enter any user name and password when prompted on connection.
